Where are meetups held?
There will be two pickup/dropoff locations: 1st and Hudson Street and 11th and Hudson Street.
What time do meetups start and end?
Event meetup times will vary depending on the location and type of event. Please refer to each individual event description for more information.
What is the minimum age to attend an event?
21+ is the minimum. Bring ID. If under 21 you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Are there membership fees?
There are no membership fees. Feel free to choose a day you want to join. That simple.
What activities are held at the meetups?
Beach days, small town trips, local farms, seasonal markets, hiking trails, parks, festivals and cultural events.
Can I bring guests or friends?
Of course. The more the merrier. Just add as many tickets you would like in the quantity section that way we can choose the correct size shuttle.
Are food and drinks provided?
No. Each event will have a flexible itinerary with a proposed place to break for lunch or dinner depending on the event. Feel free to join the hosts or go off and do your own thing.
For beach trips alcohol is prohibited on the beach.
What should I bring?
It depends on the type of activity. Please bring a valid ID and water.
Please list any bulky items that you plan to bring including chairs, umbrellas, strollers etc.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
Any event (except beach trips*) will be rain or shine.
For beach trips: We will be monitoring the weather the week of our meetups. In the event the chosen day is rained out the rain date will be the next day (Sunday).
*Unfortunately no refunds can be made if the rain date is implemented and you aren't available due to the nature of reserving a shuttle.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets however we don't have the ability to bring your fur friends at this time. This is for the comfort of other guests in the vehicle.
What is your REFUND policy?
Full Refund: Cancellations made 3 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 2 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: We're unable to issue refunds for cancellations made within 2 days of the event.
For beach events:
In the event of a full washout-meaning it rains on both the scheduled event day and the designated rain date- you will receive a full refund. However, no refund will be issued if you're unable to attend the rain date.
